Roosterly Guarantee


If you are unsatisfied with your Roosterly purchase from for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.  This applies to social media service only and is not applicable to Search Engine Optimization, Media Placement or other marketing services.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

A Refund must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email: hello(at)roosterly.com or contact us via our contact page located here: https://get.roosterly.com/pages/contact-roosterly and simply state:

“I’d like to cancel my order and request a refund.”

Refunds can only be credited to Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards and only in US dollars.


Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of receipt of your email.  If you’d like to cancel your service beyond 30 days, please follow the same process.  


If you’d like to cancel your service beyond 30 days, simply contact your Account Manager to request a cancellation and we’ll cancel your service prior to the next billing cycle.
